They're great. It was a pleasant experience going to them for my first pair of prescription glasses. I went to a couple other places prior to going to them: I'm glad they were my final choice. I recommend anyone to go there for glasses.

The guy Tony who helped me was just that. HELPFUL! He was patient in helping me find just what I needed and I was out of there before I knew it. I'm happy with my new purchase and would definitely recommend friends to go there.

Limited selection of both free and designer glasses. Not a good deal if you don't like the selection, which you REALLY NEED TO CHECK before getting this. Left without any glasses after the man there rudely wondered aloud about my budget for glasses (classy!) and the woman helping me made fun of glasses that I was considering. Selection, as well as general customer service, left a lot to be desired- I decided to leave OWO after the man started being super pushy/aggressive. I've got money, but still don't feel like wasting $150-250 on some designer glasses that I don't like. Good deal if you're already familiar with them/like it there, but otherwise, I can't recommend OWO.
