A week after getting my Shellac manicure done, I have had to peel off all the of the polish due to peeling and chipping. The pedicure was great and the atmosphere was amazing, but I am disappointed that the manicure did not last longer.

Young lady doing mani/pedi very nice.....personable. However, the atmosphere in the salon seemed kind of non-friendly to those that maybe aren't regulars. But, how are you going to get regulars if you aren't showing them that you do treat ALL people friendly and want their business. This may make me not want to go back.

I called to see if Bay could fix my nails both the shellac treatment and the french tip needed to be re-done she didn't return my call. I called several days later and the manager answered the phone, I explained the problem and he said she would call back but she never did.
