GetFit in 10's mission is simple: take the hard work out of working out. To do this, the facility employs a technology called whole body vibration, which relies on machines called vibration plates to induce small involuntary muscle contractions that stimulate muscles, sinews, cartilage, bones, and even organs. These rapid contractions—which, according to the facility, can mimic the effects of an hour's worth of exercise in only about 10 minutes—work to reduce fat, boost metabolism, build strength, and bring about a slew of other healthful benefits. All guests have to do is simply stand on a vibration plate, which simulates a gentle walking motion, and let the ensuing tremors do their magic.

To enhance the members' health even further, the facility provides infrared saunas designed to boost metabolism, relax the mind, and hide human beings from lurking Predator monsters. The staffers also ionize the water to filter out contaminants, and use Himalayan salt lamps to infuse the air with natural negative ions that can potentially enhance breathing and sleeping.
