My lower back pain was making it very difficult for me to get out of a chair. After just one acupuncture treatment, I am feeling much better. Now able to get up without pain. I have another appointment in 2 days. I was also given good advice about gentile exercise I can do to reduce the pain of a pulled muscle.
I saw Dr. Shirin for the first time today and couldn't have been more impressed. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say about my condition and explained the reasoning for my spine issues using a model of the affected spinal area. I already made another appointment to see her later this week.

Dr. Shirin is really there to help her patients and with years of experience she knows how to do that. I see her now using my health insurance and she takes care of my back pain but whenever I have a stuffy nose or other issues she has a needle for that too. She is always flexible to accommodate my schedule. Great!
