These cozy accents set the tone for time-tested American fare. The menu is a mélange of homestyle favorites such as halibut filets, Northwest ground-chuck burgers, and of course, the Montreal-seasoned steaks—all locally butchered and aged for 28 days. Diners may also wash down meals with one of twelve beers on tap or a glass of imported red or white wine.
