We paid extra to have a room with a sofa bed since we had 3 people. The sofa bed was dirty and not acceptable for sleeping.

Room appeared clean at first but upon closer inspection towels and sheets had many hairs on them. Complimentary breakfast was extremely lacking.

Office messed up our reservation. We had to take a lesser room. Wifi wasn't working in our room. It was a valentine trip to wildlife safari. It sucks when something planned ahead gets screwed up.

Old and not updated. Poor mattresses. Free coupon breakfast was awful. Don't bother going to Noah's Ark. We will never go there again.
