I went to Stomping Ground and the people are great! All the trainers are encouraging & friendly. The other people there working out were all very nice too. I'll be joining!

It might need to be noted that this is an advanced exercise class. If you're already doing a program and want to mix things up, this is great but just starting out is very difficult.
