There was a problem with our first appts (I bought a gift for my sister along with my own). We arrived and they didn't have our appts however they did have us in their system. Jackie apologized profusely. We rescheduled and I went this last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Jackie didn't recommend the microdermabrasion because of my skin type. I had another facial and it was very relaxing and I felt like it really changed my skin. I'm looking forward to my other 2 visits. My sister is going this coming weekend.

Be prepared for the staff to try to sell you their skin care product line.
