Arrive a few minutes early for parking - and for the first visit to get gloves and review the class. BRING WATER (with a pop top!) you're going to need it!

The class was amazing! I can't wait to go back! My friend and I went and it was our first time kickboxing. Chris and sue were amazing and helpful! I would recommend Sunrise to anyone!!!

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I had a great first class because the teacher was willing to work with me and encouraged me to get through it. Had a great time!

The staff is very motivating and helpful. No one gets pointed out for not having proper technique, instead the instructor will approach you and work with you one on one. The people that work out there are also very friendly.
