The metal cabinet style booth appears old-fashioned looking on the outside while the inside is state-of-art with the latest digital technology. Visual and voice instructions guide guests as they pose and pout for a series of six pictures, which the booth slaps onto photo strips and spits out in 10 seconds or less. Maine Photo Booth’s rentals include an unlimited number of these strips in black and white or color, plus one flash drive for the renting party, so guests can share pictures online or frisbee them into a passing neighbor’s car. Since attendants take care of the setup and cleanup, guests need only worry about which celebrity’s smile they want to imitate.
