They have a great staff & a large selection of frames

They are in the process of remodeling their current location, so I used the temporary location, which for the employees and the customers is difficult to give/receive quality care that I am sure that they are used to providing. They made it work for which I am very appreciative. I received excellent service for the eye exam (Wilcox) and the frame selection by two different t technicians. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands, which is great when investing in a good set of quality glasses (not cheap!)

You sent this before I received my glasses, but I'm happy to review my exam and purchase. There were three employees present yesterday, (see all the "e"s I used there....HA!). Anyway, all three made me feel welcome and comfortable, almost like family....unusual in today's business world! Jeff expertly helped me select the perfect frames and took me through the process of selecting some options I enquired about, and the final payment. Michael performed my eye exam, and Denice welcomed me , then seemed to make sure things were going smoothly. The three worked together to make my visit a pleasure.

Staff very courteous and helpful. The doctor was very thorough. When I was picking out my glasses, they did not steer me to the most expensive as others have said. She was very considerate and kept my out of pocket expense to as minimal as possible.

Dr Wilcox and her team are GREAT! Very caring, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
