STL Cinemas has very nice theatres andd they are close to where I live. I enjoy going to the Chase Park Plaza and Moolah. They have a home like feel and are very comfortable. The Chase employees are very personable and provide good customer service.

I love this theater and plan a lot of movie-going outings for our friends. We always choose Galleria 6 or Chase Park Plaza Cinema before any others. Love that you have Coke Zero! Love the Mini-Monty! Love the loyalty punch stamp cards! So keep it up! If I could have everything just the way I wanted, I would ask that you make sure to remove (and make sure all employees know to remove) the 3D filter before showing non-3D movies; it kinda' ruins the picture quality. And it would be great if the 7pm-ish timeframe movies were a little closer to 7:30pm or have some options around 8pm, because by the time I get home from work on Friday, change, and grab something to eat, I usually miss your 6:50pm shows and have to putz around until 9:30-9:45pm before the next showing, which gets us out kinda' late. These are the only times I go to your competition but would always prefer STL Cinemas first.

Perhaps make it more clear where you can redeem/buy tickets. I didn't know, nor was there any signage, that you buy tickets at the concession stand.
