No true waiting room. Its a carved out hallway. Inside her space is very comfy though. She was very nice and worked really hard on my knots. She uses very firm pressure which I love. She checked on me frequently to make sure the pressure was good for me. She didn't talk during massage which I also like. You come for a massage not a conversation. Excellent service.
