Lobster bisque is excellent I usually go with the fish of the day - last time it was a delicate Lake Superior Whitefish The sweetbreads (appetizers) are simmered in a dark reduction, which very different from the usual light butter sauce and will not to to everyones taste but which I found an interesting variation If in doubt, of course order the scallops
