Really nice facilities, friendly staff, high end technologies, and my technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. It was my first time but I’m already booked for another appointment in 2 weeks.

This is a soothing atmosphere in which to receive spa experiences. I had the full body red light treatment which is hard to find. Standing for 20 minutes is not a choice I would make but it works. I'll go back for more treatments

I am very happy with my experience! Amanda did my Cryo-T shock and was very kind and did a great job. I experienced zero discomfort and saw results after just one session. I will be coming back for another (she recommended 3-5 per area for full results). Highly recommend!

The cryoslimming is great, I was sceptical but it really works just after 3 appts.
