I would definitively recommend this tour to anyone who loves to know about architecture, SF's history. Jay, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and open to any questions we had.

Marilyn was great! We spent 2 1/2 hours learning about the magnificent architecture in Lower Pac Heights, Pac Heights, and Cow Hollow. Marilyn was extremely well informed, personable, enjoyable, and professional. She has a vast knowledge of the subject, but she has a fun sense of humor to make the walk even more fun. She paced the walk very well and connected well with each person in the group. She even helped us select a nice restaurant to enjoy after the trip was finisihed. We really like the experience and look forward to walking with Marilyn on our next trip to SF. Thanks, Marilyn for a wonderful afternoon.

This was a wonderful mini snapshot of SF's past and present, told through an entertaining and charming tour guide! Would recommend this tour to everyone who appreciates victorian painted ladies!!

Jay, the tour guide, was excellent. His depth of knowledge about San Francisco history was amazing and the tour took us to parts of the city we would never have seen without his guidance. He was quite personable and he took very good care of his guests.

Extremely informative, and this is coming from someone who has done extensive research on San Francisco Victorian architecture. Because he has spoken with homeowners he has information that you can't find elsewhere. This is very highly recommended!

The tour was better than I expected! Jay had a wealth of information to share. He kept the tour moving at the perfect pace while also allowing us time to take pictures. I want to take tour again with my husband.

The guide was very informative and knowledgeable. He was patient, answered all questions and spoke very clearly. It was a very interesting tour, nice pace and for all ages; history buffs or not. I would highly recommend this tour.
