my appointment was cancelled a few hours before. It was rescheduled, so that was fine. The esthetician offered a Free brow wax for the inconvenience, but did not do the brow wax.

Nice place. Megan was very sweet and accomodating. However, I think she may need a bit more practice with eyelashes. Mine are a bit clumpier than I would have liked.
