This dental office was very professional and courteous. It was a very pleasant experience and we with treated with dignity and respect. This is very different from our past experience at other dental offices.

Very satisfied, got the cleaning I needed. Staff were friendly too.

You should let them know in advance if you only want your teeth cleaned. I don't think any dentist office should push dental work on their potential clients.

I feel like it was a bait and switch. Pay up front for exam and cleaning. Calling that a cleaning was a joke. Polished the outside of my teeth only!!! No tartar removal, no backside of my teeth....unbelievable. I had to ask for what I wanted, a thorough cleaning. One shouldn't have to tell them what that entails. Plus, you get in there and now they want you to spend $150.00 for their package which supposedly included that appointments exam and cleaning. I pay the $150.00 because it will cover exam again and cleaning in 6 months (all this prior to ever getting in their chair so you don know what kind of job they do). When I asked for my $29.00 back as it was supposedly covered under "their package" all I got was excuses. I didn't feel like arguing with them. All I can say is BEWARE.
