This company is very unprofessional. They do not return calls in a timely manner (if at all). It took me a month and a half to schedule my appt because they were "booked solid". I had to take time off work in order to accommodate them since they wouldn't work with my schedule. There is no communication among employees either. The cleaning person was 50 minutes late to the cleaning, and only returned my call after the 45 min mark to let me know she was on the way. She was nice, but took 2 hours to clean my kitchen, half bath and master bath. The cleaning did not meet my expectations not to mention I didn't even get the full 3 hours that I purchased because she was late.

Although, the woman sent to clean was very pleasant, courteous, and cooperative. The service was not as advertised. When we called to make the appointment. We were told that 2 - 3 people would be coming to do a full 3 hour cleaning. One woman arrived with a rack of cleaners and a puffy feather duster. Again, the person that arrived was friendly & cooperative. It was just not what we had been told to expect!
