my mother and father in law stayed there but due to a death they had to leave abruptly. but they said they like the place very much and hope to come back to stay again

We were supposed to have a 30-minute massage included in the package, but they never mentioned it, and then on the last day it was too late to schedule one. That left a bad impression for us.
