One of the best massages of my life. My GPS /phone lost signal and I was late they were still kind enough to accommodate me. I knew after 2 days of driving my neck and back would be a wreck. Saved my vacation. Clean, pretty, tranquil.
We had a good experience here overall. My husband and I did the couple's massage while on vacation in Pigeon Forge in September. The massages themselves were a wonderful experience for the both of us, and the masseuses were very professional and accommodating, which is why I gave a 5-star rating. The only thing I would tell folks considering this purchase is to beware of the gratuity charge. It is 20% of the ORIGINAL price, not the discounted price. Again, we had a great experience, and did not mind paying the $40-50 gratuity. However, it is listed in the fine print, and I was not aware of the actual cost of that until I called to book the appointment for us.
That said, when I called to book the appointment, I also requested to add-on the chocolate and fruit tray which is listed as an option on their website. I believe it was maybe $15-16. We never got the tray. We mentioned it at the end of the massage, and the lady who did my massage (also the same person who checked us out at the end) did not seem to be aware of the fact that we had already ordered it at the time of booking. She was gracious, though, and I believe she called over to the hotel/bed & breakfast to order it for us. She told us it would be just a bit before they could bring the tray over, so we were seated out on the veranda upstairs with two glasses of sparkling cider and a bowl of dried fruit and chocolate while we waited. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we assumed there may have been a problem, so we went back into the house to ask someone what was going on. By this time, the two ladies were already in with their next appointments behind closed doors, and we couldn't find anyone else there to ask about the tray, so we just left.
The next day, I noted that they credited my debit card back for the tray + tax, and I certainly appreciate that. I had every intention of calling them back to ask about the tray and a possible refund since we didn't get it, but they took care of that part without me having to do so. I think it would be great if they had a host/hostess taking care of the check in/check out process and also to help coordinate any added services, such as our fruit tray. Perhaps they do, and that person just wasn't there at the time we visited.
Otherwise, a great experience, and we would go back when we go back to the Pigeon Forge area.
