Thanks for taking your time and not rushing us through the haircutting process. My daughter said she wants to go back. This is her 4th haircut and she is not longer afraid of them. : )

The salon is too cute. My son was fussy at first but Ennio was so professional that he worked around him. My kid's haircut looks great they were all so warm n friendly.... We have a new place for my son's haircuts......thanks guys you were awesome

They should keep the waiting area a bit more cleaner and dust.

Everyone at the salon was really nice and treated my daughter like a princess. The problem my husband and I had was the service wasn't what we expected. My daughter got the makeover and her nail polish was was very spotty and the nail stickers weren't applied right so my daughter pulled them off as soon as we left. Her make-up was just as bad as her nails. She had more eye shadow on one eye. They need to have more kid friendly makeup, maybe something glittery. Her hair was put in 2 braids which is basically how her hair is braided every night before bed. She would have been better off keeping her hairstyle that she came in with. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the services.

I felt rushed I know they were busy but it seemed like they just wanted to get me out it was my daughters birthday and I thought this would be a great expierence for her she liked but I'm sure she could have had a better time if she would have taken her time.
