The customer service was wonderful, I feel like each person we met along the way went above and beyond. However, the photo quality was not the best. Quite a few photos were blurry, distorted, and dark. I also felt that the cost of individual photos was excessive. We choose to purchase the disc containing all our photos because that was cheaper than printing photos. The disc was also expensive...

Never book through Photos Unlimited. Worst experience and terrible service.

Go to the studio and talk to the photographer. They have a better idea ofnif the package is worth it! Trust me there are better packages, this is only ONE PHOTO! After 30mins of photos you’ll want more hen just the one!

It was very difficult to book the session, I keep calling and leaving messages and getting no responses. The "photographer" knew nothing about photography. I'm quite sure anyone with an average SLR camera could do just as well or better. She provided the wrong info regarding when the photos would be available and how to view. Viewing the photos was the next big challenge! We booked an appointment to view the photos, arrived at the studio and the guy "well we're actually really busy could you come back later?". I said no we've booked an app't and driving a long way. There was only 1 person working there and he was trying to work the front desk, take a photo session and work with us to view photos all at once. We waited 45 minutes and never got to see our photos. I called and was told it's normal that only 1 person works there in the evenings even when they have multiple appointments. They will not let you see the photos online. ALL ROUND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! AVOID! Also Photos Unlimited in just Walmart for anyone who doesn't know that.

Not worth the money. Booking as a nightmare. My photographer was a joke. Got some nice pictures bout would rather spend the money on someone good
