I would like to start by expressing that I was very excited to try out my Spa voucher that was advertised for Creme de la creme. I can see the great potential this company has in providing customer service, yet I have a few concerns. I made several attempt for a month to get someone on the phone set a appointment. After finally getting a call back some time later I came in for a Spa pedicure and manicure. The way this salon is set up it does not provide a spa experience at all, I have the same foot tub at home, and the tech mentioned she soak instruments in alcohol which does not kill all bacteria, spores or fungus off of them. It took 2 hours to complete a pedicure in which I like for a tech to tale their time but that was very long. I did not get serviced for the manicure, due to timing...it went from being ok to long and exhausted...it was below my expectation of a Spa...I go regularly to relax and be peppered and I try to allow room for New Business, but experiences like this make it very hard...this company has some growing to do...Good Luck in the future

Although the entire staff was very friendly the services seemed a bit unskilled. I believe I could have done a better job on the mani and pedi.

It took over 2 hours for a mani pedi and it wasnt even a good job!!!

You suck! You should be shut down! Don't try to act like your this nice fancy salon when your not your salons ugly and you should be reported! Don't try to act like you can do nails. And lie about having a massage chair.

I didn't receive a hand massage for my mani, the polish selection is not very good. My mani and pedi looked as though I did it myself, definitely wouldn't pay regular price for these services. I didn't get a hand massage with my mani, and the technician must have fixed my thumb nail 10 tens. Very tacky job.
