It had been over a year since I ate at the Glenwood Tea Room. I forgot how great the food was there, it was nice to take time & have a peaceful lunch. Makes me want to return sooner. Thanks

The service was good, waitress was friendly, helpful, made good menu selections options,and made herself readily available for questions.....the environment was pleasant and there was not a feeling of being rushed to finish the meal.....very enjoyable lunch experience

The environment made us feel like we were out of town and the food was great! In fact, I have a friend coming to visit from Houston and I have already told her that I want to take her there for lunch.

I'm afraid our waitress had a lot to be desired. There were two of us at the table and she got one of our orders wrong and said she would bring the missing item. She never did until we finally asked for it, and even then it didn't come right away. I ordered coffee to go with my dessert and it didn't come until about 15 minutes later and I was already done with my dessert and I canceled it because we were about to leave. She half heartly apologized but it didn't sound very sincere. The food was very good though, and I know this was just one of those days and I'm not holding it against the Tea Room, unless it happens on my next visit.

In addition to a delicious lunch, we found a couple of Christmas presents in their gift shop.
It was the first time for my husband to eat there, and he wants to go again.
It's a very pleasant leisurely place to eat. We weren't rushed and our server [Denise] took good care of us.

The Glenwood Tea Room is always a great place to eat! The atmosphere, the food, the shopping...it all adds up to a nice way to spend the noon hour.
