My sons love this place! Great for speed/agility training. Very organized! Professional staff.

So far, so good. Two of my kids - 9 and 13 play competitive sports (competitive for their age that is) and one, 10 does not. It's a great program for all of them helping with proper running mechanics, conditioning and general body control.
