Though audiences are often attracted to Dancing with the Stars, Rock of Love, and I Love New York for their nail-biting drama, these shows’ participants remain remarkably free of fingernail maladies. For this, they can thank Becky Johnson, whose manicures and pedicures have stolen scenes in all three reality-TV hits. A practicing nail technician since 1995, Becky has recently shifted her focus from the Hollywood spotlight to Simi Valley's Changes Salon.

Seated at her manicure station, Becky carefully paints fingernails in the vibrant colors of OPI, Essie, and Gelish polishes—the last of which call upon fortifying LED light to prevent chipping. She can also outfit nail beds with acrylics that come in dainty pink and white as well as glitter-infused shades, and her paraffin treatments hydrate hands dry or damaged from vacationing under blow dryers.
