It's not really what you would expect. I can't believe that I actually allowed that woman to give me a shot she filled the syringe with the b12 injection in the back wich I thought was odd because you should do all of that in front of the person your injecting. It occurred to me after that she could have used a dirty syringe and I never would have known, bottom line its not proffesional.

I found personnel very unprofessional. She didn't provide me with a plan to lose weight. She just gave me the shot and seemed to be in a hurry. I had to ask many questions but she wasn't very helpful and didn't meet my needs or expectations. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I asked for my money back as this company is not what it portrays it self to be I don't think these people are qualified to do what they are promoting I left and did not recieve services because of this and the unsanitary conditions
