About Coming Hour

When Matt Tims moved to Sioux Falls, he started looking for a place that would accommodate both his passion for music and his passion for Christian worship. When he couldn't find any music stores specifically for believers, he opened one himself. Coming Hour's goal is facilitate fellow believers' expression through live music. The store sells gear from brands such as D'Addario, ProMark, and Electro-Harmonix, and boasts a staff that knows their way around a fretboard and a kazoo-case. Customers can also bring their own gear in for repairs performed by trained technicians. Coming Hour's music school, meanwhile, is staffed by instructors involved in both music and worship. They offer music lessons to players of all skill levels, from beginners looking to pick up a new skill to seasoned musicians.
