appreciated rapid response to phone call and them showing up the next day to clear my drive-way and sidewalks. i consider that great customer service.

He brush scrubbed my floors, but didn't take a mop or cloth to take up the dirty water. My floors were wet with puddles of water.

I purchased 3 hrs and gentleman was only hwre 1 1/2 hrs. Also when I had time I walked thru and was shocked. None of the edges in the rooms were cleaned. There is still dust and gravel along the edge by the door. I don't have enough room to say every

I questioned whether my floors had been swept and cleaned. When I got home, I had to sweep the floor. The bathroom vanities and mirrors had not been touched and I'm not sure everything got vacuumed.
