The particular stylist I had possessed the most disgusting fingernails I have ever seen on a stylist. She was also quite rough and seemed to not notice my grimace. I would note - many of the stylists seemed quite experienced and significantly more gentle.

Waited for over 45 minutes for my appointment. Called twice to make appointment and received a text back...communicated via text only; very impersonal.
