They were not prepared and properly staffed to handle the traffic. Wait time to get in was long. Price was good, but wait was too long. They should be more prepared in the evening for the walk-in clients.

could have been more friendly, seemed like they were in no hurry, waited 10 minutes after my appt time to get started, had to give her more advice how to cut my hair, she didn't texturize it, like I asked in the beginning, othewise she did an okay to good job.
