I know that the Wave Auto Wash is bussy, because I drive by every day. My office is right nest door. The rerason that I have not used it earlier is because it was allways easier just to get a wash when I filled with gas, because I do alot of driving. It will be easier now with the prepaid card, and discount.

I have not even gotten the voucher from the Wave Auto Wash people, They had problems with that. I printed it off the computer and went to use it. Would not work. I was already in line and could not 'leave' so had to pay for it up front. Not impressed. The vaccum was also full of snow and when I used it, it made my mats wet. They was lots of good pressure in the wash but only was open and the line was long.

I entered the car wash as directed. My car was sprayed with soap and then the car wash shut off. Nothing else happened. Shortly, the exit light came on. It is an unmanned wash and no one around to get assistance.

I have sent an email as instructed to have my punch card mailed to me and I have heard nothing.. in fact I just sent email#3 and NOTHING. I have not received my car washes and its been over 2 weeks since I sent the first email. Very unhappy with this type of redemption....

Since I purchased this I have yet to receive the card so I can use the 10 car washes I purchased! I also didn't realize it was for only 3 months otherwise I would not have purchased them. As of yet I paid for something I can't use!!! Never will buy it again.
