The class was challenging! Everyone there was so nice and really helpful with providing direction throughout the exercise. The place was very clean and definitely lived up to the claim of being green! I can't wait to go back for the next class :)

If you want a challenging workout and would like to learn new ways of working your body, Elevated Fitness can provide that experience! David and Bridget are very knowledgeable and teach proper alignment. wonderful place to workout!!
