There was mouse turds on the stove and the walls in the cabins were not finished on the inside and you could see the wall studs. Beds were very hard. Will never stay there again.

I think you should use the word 'fishing' in front of resort. Vacuum spider webs and spiders along the edges of the floors and ceilings. Repair the broken windows and insulate around the air conditioner. Also, buy new bedding!
