Steve gave me the best massage and did a deep tissue massage on my scapula which is sightly improved...even physical therapy did not do as good. Will go back for more treatments.

It was a little odd being able to hear the front desk gal's conversations on the phone but I guess just more white noise?

Very nice and relaxing. I was worried about the mall noise, but they have a done great job insulating the rooms. You really forget that you are in a mall.
