She takes her time and doesn't rush you, just be sure to be there a few minutes before your appointment to fill out a little information sheet. It's a little hard to find the actual entrance (because the only door looks like you can only use it if you have an access code, but it IS the red door! :)

Scheduling with her was a little frustrating - when I first called, she was booked for the next month, but we set a day. Then she texted me to cancel, a couple hours before the appointment time. It took a couple tries to find another time that worked. Once I got there, though, the massage itself was quite good.
