I really enjoyed the keratin treatment. However, when it was over the hair stylist wanted to trim my split ends. I ended up with uneven layers in the front. The left side started at about my cheek and the right side began around my chin. I had mentioned it and asked for it to be fixed but it wasn't. I ended up having to pay more to go in and get my hair fixed even though I had just gotten it cut several weeks prior.
