The croutons on the salad were great. Could have served a larger portion of salad dressing.

They need to advertise more to get their name out there. No one seems to have heard of the place. They don't have a great street presence

I REALLY like The Vault and I hope they are able to stay open. I would recommend getting MORE staff during the lunch hour - I have been there quite a few times for lunch and every time there has only been 1 cook and 1 person running the floor. The lunch crowd lacks because it's too slow...not many people have 1+ hour lunches and I have never made it out of there in less than an hour for lunch. The food is great and very reasonably priced for a sit-down lunch...just need to be up on the service. I would also recommend maybe getting some flat screens in there. I was in there on the first day of the NCAA tournament for lunch last week and the place was dead. Every place downtown with TV's playing the games were packed...although I'm not sure the staffing at The Vault could have handled it.

Think it would be cool if your staff dressed in fashions from the 20s. It sort of has an atmosphere of the old speakeasys. :)
