Darren and Curtis arrived before the appointment time, both were extremely pleasant. The quickly were able to diagnosis that our A/C return handler needed to be resealed (lost seal) - they showed it to us and explained everythign so we understood. Explained the pricing, which was reasonable. Fixed that issue and checked the entire system. They even pointed out that we need a float signal as there is not one in the pan in our attic. Pricing for that replacement is reasonable and we will work with them again.

Great service! Technician was able to do an annual tune-up on my AC unit, and also showed me it needed coolant. He checked my blower in the attic and took a picture of mold on the exterior of the unit and recommended an ultraviolet light in order to kill bacteria. He also noted the incorrect placement of a vent, and that it was not cooling the room *and* blowing air on the thermostat, causing it to give an incorrect reading. First time I've used Air National after having the same company for nearly 20 years, but I'm glad I switched.
