I did not like how they had us waiting outside for 30 outside with there does locked while they were just in the back doing nothing. I felt embarrassed with my guests and also bc they kicked us out while my daughter was starting to open presents so w ended up outside again with all the guests and continued opening presents outside. I wish they would have told me before hand that we didn't have time for presents but instead they told me to begin opening presents and half way through we got kicked out. All my guests were also hungry and they didn't bring out the food I brought til the end. My guest left to go buy there own for instead. Very bad customer service. It was a cute party though.
