Yes, I have belonged to the Simply For Life Program in the past. It is an excellent program, very informative and educational and doable once you are off the program. I highly recommend it.

Laid back and comfortable atmosphere. The meal plan is great and simple to follow. I don't have to run out and buy groceries for every meal. All meal plans coincide with the grocery list ;) that is broken down and provided for you. As well, different product items/ brands are listed.

I was not impressed with the employee at the Center in spruce grove. She was abrasive and rushed. The plan is not tailored to me, it's the same generic plan for everyone. No special meals for workouts pre or post. It's unorganized and website dif
