I went on a Sunday around 1:00 pm. I had a long wait even though I was the only person in line. The drive through window traffic was quite heavy and that seemed to be their first priority. I was given a couple of extra biscuits and a couple extra pieces of chicken for my inconvenience.

My friend who went with me was not satisfied witht he countty fried steak but she was given a couple of wings in place of one piece of the steak. The customer service would keep me coming back and the food was pretty good.
