Pleasant experience for first timers! First time using laser hair removal services and our technician was great; she explained everything and took the time to answer questions.

I have a positive feeling about Bodies by Atun, and the customer service was excellent. I have a suggestion, however. There should be "Confirmation of Office Visit" slips, and they should have only Dr. Atun's name, versus "Bodies by Atun". Other aesthetic/cosmetic doctor's offices provide such slips.

The service was fantastic and the staff friendly.

Dr Atun is quite personable and refers to his clients as beautiful upon entering the room and before exiting. He inquires if there are any potential questions that a client may have as well. The only inconvenience was having to be rescheduled and then on the rescheduled date having to wait 2 hours because he had a surgery that ran behind. I was fortunate to be able to wait it out, though I weatched 2 others become frustrated about having to reschedule because they could not wait.

Will go again. Thought he was very skilled.
