Try not to upsell during an experience or treatment. It would be nicer to do while paying.

Friendly service and nice location, however I was concerned with the re-using of things like nail files, Orange sticks, towels, etc. The area and tools should have been sanitized and cleaned more thoroughly between clients.

I felt invaluable as a customer as she rushed through the whole thing and I had at least 10min left ony visit. I felt as though all she wanted was my money and to up sell me on other procedures. I which I did buy but now have buyer's remorse. The microdermabrasion really hurt compared to other places I've been too. I don't think she took into consideration the sensitiveness of my skin.
