Very friendly and helpful. I only came to the store to do oil change and other inspection. At the end, they provided recommendations and list prices to the other things my car needs, but were not pushy at all.

Came in for oil change - technician over-filled oil; took car on a road trip; experienced engine failure; 2 mechanics said over-filling the oil caused the engine to work too hard and was a determining factor in my car's engine failure
