Merchant didn't communicate for who the services would work for and who they wouldn't. Some hair colours/ skin types are resistant to laser. I did not have good results . The merchant continued to insist I just had to buy more and more services. I also found that the definition of the service area changed as I went through the program. I had paid for packages of 4 at a time but the definition of what was included kept changing each treatment.
