This was my first time getting Thai massage. It was amazing! It was so intense and painful at times, as sore areas and trigger points were released - but then the results were incredible! My tight shoulder was like jello afterward - pain-free and easy to move around. My biggest problem is back pain - you can see the crooked spot in my lumbar spine due to disk herniation and degeneration... my husband looked at my back afterward and said it's the straightest he's seen it in years! The natural arch returned to my low back. The stretching and deep massage is wonderful! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to do it again!
