Erica and Jen came at the appointment time. They were both pleasant and I felt very comfortable talking with them about what I wanted to have cleaned. This was my first time having a professional house cleaning so they made suggestions. They did an excellent job!! They showed me exactly what was done. I was so pleased that we are going to do it monthly. I would highly recommend Erica and Done Best
