They keep your car all day. They had problems losing their pet brushes. It delayed getting the car ready by two hours. But the car looked brand new. Taking my other car Friday.

The detail job itself was pretty good - great job on the engine steam cleaning. They did scratch the plastic lens covering the speedometer, but I can live with that. They also lost the right-side wiper blade, which I replaced and they did reimburse me for. What I was not happy with was that they lost my iOtti iphone holder, and would not replace it, stating the person doing the job said there wasn’t one. It’s a $20 item through Amazon, so other than the inconvenience of having to replace it, it just changes the cost of my deal from $99 for the detail to $119. So, next time I remove my iOtti before the detail job? No, the essence of a detail is in the “details” – next time I go somewhere else
